​Robson Rocha started his career in the Music industry in 1989 Santos, Brazil, and in 2006 he moved to Dublin, Ireland to further his studies in Music where he still lives today. While in Europe, Robson took part in several projects involving Brazilian and Latin music. Currently, he is sideman to one of the greatest Irish icons from the 80's, Gavin Friday, with whom he has performed in Belgium, Holland and Ireland at the most important music events and festivals. In May 2012 Robson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Performance from Newpark Music Centre. He dedicates part of his time teaching students of all ages, and sharing his knowledge and passion for different music genres such as Brazilian, Latin, Jazz, Rock and Blues.
